Our Guarantee & Return Period

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from PRIOSTOCK.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at priostock@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  1. Your order number (e.g., #PRIO1234).
  2. The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, defective, changed mind).

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), PRIOSTOCK will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Error (Changed Mind/Wrong Size/Color): If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, intimate apparel) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Gift cards.
